Relatively new to the dubstep scene, Teeth began making experimental hiphop back in the early 90's in his homeland of Finland. He continued with it until 2006 when he made the turn towards the 140 bpm world. He has releases scheduled on Noppa and Oneman's new 502 label. The latter being a 12" release of the track, "Shawty" with a Falty DL Remix on the flip side. I am pretty hyped about this dude, really feeling the direction he [&Oneman] are taking dubstep, can't wait to hear more!!

Believe me when I tell you that this album is a truly unique ride over bubbly baselines and synths that nearly slash the tires. Salva shows you right out the gate that he is a serious badman and is definitely not to be fucked with. He continues this journey across numerous musical landscapes and the ride is as smooth as the leather seats. He receives vocal help on the only collaborative track, 40Karats, by eccentric future-funk crooner Zacky Force Funk. He also enlisted a crew of multitalented artists for remix duties; Lazer Sword's Lando Kal, Machinedrum, My Wet Dry Mess and Frite Nite [Salva's Label] signee B. Bravo. He is pretty amazing, this man they call Egyptrixx. He caught the attention of Night Slugs label heads Bok Bok & L-Vis 1990 and released NS01, "The Only Way Up EP," in 2010. That EP, just like every Night Slugs release, is an instant classic. The quality of the tracks make it nearly impossible to pick a favorite and the remixes are just as good as the originals. My advice? Clear your mind and let the expansive sounds of the music control your thoughts. Also, tell all your friends how dope he is!
